Simple and honest dairy products
At Jersey Fresh, they believe that dairy products should be simple and honest. That’s why they never homogenize their milk, allowing all the sweet cream to settle to the top of the bottle for the ultimate level of delicious creaminess. (So don’t forget to give it a good shake before you dive in!) It’s also free of any additives or preservatives.
The range includes full cream milk, reduced fat milk, and Barossa Cold Broo iced coffee.
A sustainable approach
Located in the Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley, the Carcoola Jersey Stud has been operating for over 40 years, but it was only in 2004 that the Kernich family began to bottle their milk and cream and distribute it under the Jersey Fresh label.
They use sustainable farming methods to grow healthy paddocks of winter crops. They rely on natural rainfall, removing the need to irrigate pastures. The herd is fed on a consistent diet of hay, silage, grain, and pellets, and graze on fresh pasture during spring. All of these efforts ensure that the herd is healthy and happy, resulting in milk that is of the highest quality.
Jersey cows are known for producing milk high in butterfat and protein, making it the perfect choice for dairy lovers who want nothing but the best. Jersey Fresh takes this to the next level by ensuring that their cows are well taken care of and that their lineage can be traced back to the 5 original Jerseys purchased in 1976. These beautiful cows are the heart and soul of everything that they do.
