Ahoy! Before you order for your home or office, here’s some important info!

  • You must live or work in our Service Area (See below) to order.
  • All orders are automatically assigned Authority to Leave (ATL) by you when submitting an order. This means we will leave the goods in a safe place if no one is home (or at the office) to receive them.
  • Double check your delivery address! Refunds will not be provided if you give us the wrong address.
  • We only deliver on week days, generally between 7am and 5pm. Please add notes to your order to help us get your delivery to you. On warm days, we may deliver earlier to avoid leaving your goods in the heat.
  • We cannot specify a delivery window. If it is possible that you will not be home, or at work during regular business hours, please make an alternative arrangement. Please also leave specific delivery instructions when submitting your order for our team to follow.

 

About us

We are Level Grounds Pty LtD (ABN 30 632 388 419) trading as Orenda Goodness Distributors.  We operate an online store and delivery service known as the Orenda Goodness Store.  The details for Shipping and Returns are applicable to orders direct to the public through the Orenda Goodness Store, intended for consumption at home or at the workplace/office.

 

About you

By placing an order, you warrant that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • you are at least 18 years old; and
  • you live or work in the Service Area (See below)

 

Shipping

You’ve ordered with us, and now you want your stuff right!? No stress! Here’s the nitty gritty for shipping times and costs.

 

Where we Deliver

Our service is only intended for use by people residing in our nominated Service Area (See below). We do not accept orders from individuals outside the Service Area. Customers must provide a valid email address and credit card for all orders accepted online. We are unable to process orders by phone.

Service Area:

We deliver within the Adelaide Metro and outer metro areas. As a guide, we deliver all the way from the Barossa to Victor Harbour, including the coast and the Adelaide Hills.

North – Barossa Valley

East – Birdwood, Woodside, Strathalbyn

South – Goolwa & Victor Harbour

West – Along the coast from North Haven to Normanville

We can arrange special shipments – please get in touch, before you place your order, if you have a special enquiry about shipping.

 

Delivery times

We endeavour to deliver all orders are within 3 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, and other deliveries we need to do that day.

If for some reason we are out of stock, we will let you know and fulfil your back order as soon as we have the stock. Alternatively, we can arrange a refund too.

 

Shipping costs for South Australia

We apply a flat rate of $15 for for all orders under $90+GST.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $90+GST

Special deliveries can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

 

Authority to leave

Authority to Leave (ATL) is automatically provided by you when you submit an order. ATL gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the freight on premise if, or when, nobody is there to receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by us. We will endeavour to ensure your delivery is safe, however we are not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions.

 

Returns and Claims

Claims

Send a claim by contacting us with your:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Details of the issue
  • Your best contact number
  • Please include a photo of any damaged product or incorrect products received.

Claims for returns must be made promptly, ideally within 24 hours of delivery and no later than 14 days after delivery.

We will happily replace product that is damaged as a result of our handling. We will endeavour to replace stock within 3 business days.

All claims must provide evidence and other relevant information requested so we can verify.

The product must be returned in saleable condition and within the original packaging.

Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalised as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation. If something has gone wrong, we want to work out how to stop it from happening again – and let our suppliers know too.

 

Incorrect order

Please contact us immediately if you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item. We will happily replace it freight free.

If, for any reason, changes to an order is required after the making of the order, those changes must be notified within 24 hours by contacting us including the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Details of the issue
  • Your best contact number
  • Please include a photo of any damaged product or incorrect products received.

 

Refund and Exchange Terms and Conditions

All refunds will be processed by EFT.

 

Credit Notes

Credit notes are not available.

 

Ownership of goods

All orders remain the property of Orenda Goodness Distributors until paid for in full.
